FUEL THE
CHOPPER

Dear Friend of Faith Home,
The BALL DROP FOR HOPE is our most important fund raiser of the year and I need your help to reach our goal of raising $100,000 to put hope within reach for men, women and families.
In 2020 Lewie Roche III, a graduate of Faith Home Adult & Teen Challenge, had an idea to replace the revenue lost because of the cancellation of every fundraiser due to covid restrictions. The idea was exciting! He caled it the BALL DROP FOR HOPE. Revenue would be raised by selling individual golf balls for $25 for a chance to win a $1,000 if their ball, after being dropped with thousands of other golf balls from a hovering helicopter, landed closest to the target.
When Sheriff Dirkse agreed to send the Stanislaus County Air Support Helicopter to drop the balls, the idea became a reality. And now after five Ball Drops, over $422,572 has been raised to support the work local charitable organizations do.
THE BALL DROP FOR HOPE has no paid fundraisers and is managed by devoted local volunteers with a mutual desire to help Faith Home Adult & Teen Challenge continue putting hope within reach of men, women and families.
THE BALL DROP FOR HOPE is a free event and will be held Saturday November 15th, 2025, from 11:30am to 12:30pm at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds. This year there will be over $5,000 in prizesincluding $1,000 grocery credit, a helicopter ride for two, $500 meals out and much more!
I hope you will hit the SPONSOR BUTTON and consider a year end gift to become one of our PILOT, CO-PILOT, FLIGHT SUPPORT, or FUEL SPONSORS. Or hit the BALLS button and consider purchasing each of your family members a chance to win over $5,000 in prizes.
Hoping to see you there!
