Testimony: A Journey of Redemption and Calling

My name is Kyle, and I’ve been serving in ministry for over 20 years. For nearly two years, I’ve also had the privilege of serving as a Ready Now Facilitator. My journey with Christ has been one marked by transformation, healing, and purpose—each step deepening my desire to serve others and share the love of Jesus wherever He leads.

I first stepped into ministry at just 16 years old, serving in youth ministry. Even then, I knew in my heart that God had called me into a life of ministry. But like many, I faced a season where I turned away and chased after the world. I found myself entangled in drug addiction, drinking, and a party lifestyle, all while knowing deep down that I was running from what He had originally called me to.

It didn’t take long for God to bring me to a place of realization—that living for the world only led to destruction and emptiness. I was tired, broken, and ready for change. At 19 years old, I surrendered fully to the Lord and enrolled in Master’s Commission, stepping into full-time ministry training. That decision changed the course of my life forever. Through that season, God taught me humility, perseverance, and the beauty of community. Every challenge became an invitation to trust Him more deeply.

My heart now is to see people encounter Jesus in a real, life-changing way—to help them find healing, identity, and hope through His Word. I want to create spaces where others feel seen, known, and loved by God.

When the Lord called me to be a Ready Now Facilitator, I knew it was another opportunity to encourage and disciple others. What I love most about Ready Now is that it’s not just for those struggling with drug or alcohol addiction—it’s for anyone facing a life-controlling issue that keeps them from stepping into the fullness of what God has called them to.

I’ve personally battled depression, anxiety, and addiction, but I’ve also witnessed God’s power to set people free. Whether you’re here as a facilitator or a new group member, Ready Now is a place where freedom, healing, and restoration happen through the grace of Jesus Christ. Together, we’re learning to live victorious lives for His glory and the building of His Kingdom.
